Returns & Exchanges (for online orders):

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll either repair, replace, or refund based on the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
