Returns & Exchanges (for online orders):

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return process:

• Contact us at " issue@craftampdesign.com " with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll guide you through the return steps.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items? Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll either repair, replace, or refund based on the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.

Processing Time:

• All standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

• Customized or made-to-order items may take 10–21 days, depending on design and materials.

Shipping Methods: We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Domestic (Thailand): Kerry Express, Flash Express, or Thailand Post.

• International: DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS (depending on destination).

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, product size, and weight.

• For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Packaging: All items are packed with care and protection for safe transit.
